A studio born out of a frustration in Kigali.
I'm Kevin Ishimwe. I started Ishvexa in 2025 because I saw too many Rwandan businesses turned away by international agencies charging $50k for a simple website, and too many local builders disappearing after taking a deposit. There was no middle ground: high-quality software at a price local businesses could actually afford.
We're a small team, deliberate about every project we take. No bloat, no hidden fees, no corporate nonsense. Just software that works, built by people who live here.

Domain, source code, Google account, hosting — registered to you, handed over on day one. If Ishvexa closes tomorrow, your business keeps running.
Trained, not dependent
Every tier ends with training — one call for Starter, five afternoons on-site for Transformation. We don't leave until your team can run it.
4h replies, 7 days a week
WhatsApp is our OS. During Kigali hours, most messages get a reply in under 4 hours. Outside them? Next morning. We also reply on weekends.
Small on purpose
A small number of serious projects a year. We turn work away when full — because the calendar is the product. You get our full attention.
We ship in weeks, not months
Most agencies quote 3-6 months. We ship Starter in 5-7 days, Growth in 2-3 weeks. Speed is a feature — and we have the products to prove it.

How we work.
A manifesto for our daily operations.
WhatsApp is our OS. We don't do long email threads. Every brief, update, and support request happens on WhatsApp — with 4h reply times, 7 days a week. If you message us on a Saturday, you'll hear back by Sunday morning.
Small team, deliberate work. We take 5-6 projects a year. When our calendar is full, we turn work away — because your project gets our full attention, not a slice of it.
No useless meetings. We ship updates, not slide decks. The only meetings we host are training sessions with your team, and the occasional 15-minute kick-off call. Your time is better spent running your business.
Yours from day one. Domain, source code, hosting, Google account — all registered to you, handed over on day one. If Ishvexa closes tomorrow, your business keeps running without us.
